What fresh fish is "easy" to prepare for cooking? I.E., what has few bones, or has big ones that are real easy to get rid of?

I can't live on salmon forever, lol....

Yeah, but as I said, I can't live on salmon forever, lol. I'm looking for something new, different....

There was a fish I had, back when I was teaching, we went to the port of L.A. for the day and one of my students had been a fisherman, so he picked this one fish out (you buy fresh fish, take it to counter, they prepare it....SO YUMMY!!!) and it was excellent. Started with a "P" I think.

Anyway, just looking for something dif.

No no, don't be silly. Of course it can be done. But it's expensive as all get out! Don't you dare!

Now, that website, not so much meaning for you to order from there, just so you can get ideas of some other kinds of fish to try.

Oh hey (thanks, btw), I remember a site not long ago, where they list the fish that are being overfished and therefore avoid them, etc.... Can't remember where. I bet Conrad or Shadowfax would know....

It's strange to think - "I'm gonna type this...." and then see that you already did type that - a year ago!
