Dilana was, of course, the best again - what a perfect song for her!
 
Even so, they were all excellent as far as I'm concerned.
 
I disagreed with the dis to Storm, I really thought she did a wonderful job. And I thought having Toby do the backup vocals was genius - I really thought it worked. And I don't think he stole the show from her, not at all.
 
Must be a totally different head when you're in the studio. Next year, I'm going to try to get tickets. Unless the show's about a band who wants to replace a dead member. If it's a band I like and respect that is. I can't hang wit dat.
 
But I really enjoyed the performances last night, all around. Magni was wonderful, Ryan was most excellent.....even Lukas did fairly well, imho.
 
I'd rather see them keep this show going and let us watch these people perform different songs every week, than have a "winner" join a band that no one's going to want to see, lol.
 
But I miss those variety shows....

First let me say I'm a Storm fan.  I usually like what she does.  Having said that, I didn't like her performance.  From the first note I knew I wouldn't like it.  She sang it too low.  Yes I may be clouded by my love of the original but I feel it wasn't in Storm's register.  The addition of Toby did help but not enough to make it a good performance.  Of everyone, based solely on last night's performances, I would vote for Storm to go next.

I didn't really enjoy Storms performance but I do give her credit because she knew she wouldn't be able to sing it like the original but she still gave it her all.
