I am VERY insulted that ar the last minute the Repubs put up Palin.......Yes, she's female but her beliefs are soooooo far from what I, and the rest of the females who would have voted for Hilary, believe in that it's an insult to have her in the election.........there is no way in hell that any undecided Dems would vote for McCain now.!!!........this decided who my vote goes for...........OBAMA in '08!!!!! |

I have danced around this thread because I am just so F'ing sick of politics. Gawd forbid if there is a station in this nation that just gives you the "daily" news without it. Hell, I would subscribe to it. I really have nothing against Palin. "Nothing" is the keyword. Palin giving props to Hillary ... please ... Hillary would have her for a snack before lunch. I might could go with her as a viable VP if she even had the experience of being a mayor of a major US city (NYC, Los Angeles, Chicago, Atlanta, etc) Not PODUNK, Alaska. Hell ... Goobernor of Alaska, does not mean sh*t considering the population of that state is less than most metro areas. And no .... I don't give a crap that her daughter is pregnant. That is a family issue. |

Hell, I would subscribe to it. It could be worse, around here there is a missing 3 year old name Caylee Anthony and her mom and family are the main topic for the last 6 weeks. These people are strange. But ok, I like the fact she hasn't been a mayor or anything to a big major city. I can't give anymore opinion cause as stated most of the news coverage has been the sick Anthony family or these darn hurricanes. But because McCain picked a woman as his running mate, has sparked a little more interest from in the candidates. |

Hey Fins. The Caylee Anthony story is for sure national news. That is all Nancy Grace can focus on. Hubby and I thought something about this was strange from the beginning. Is it not true that the daughter and granddaughter lived with the grandparents all this time? Why would it take them so long to wonder were lil Caylee was? Isn't the grandfather a cop or ex cop? I really hope the grandparents are innocent in this .... for some reason, I doubt it. Maybe they thought they could cover whatever happened up.  |
