They have still not charged Julia's estranged husband, but I imagine that the boy must have been unexpectedly at home when something went down. 9am on a Friday, he should have been in school.
How tragic that people heard gunshots but did nothing, the boy was probably still alive at that point, and who knows if the other two could have been saved with quick action. The shocking reality of what life is like in one of the U.S. most crime-ridden areas, either everyone wanted to stay out of it, or they were too used to the cops not showing up for 'shots fired' so didn't bother to report it. |
