We have had some months of the Kerry campaign now. This has included the campaigning by the ethically bankrupt liberal left. The summation of their whole campaign is how terrible GW is.
 
That seems to be the extent of what they have to offer. Doesn't surprise as I haven't seen any creative solutions to issues for some years coming from that camp. They have learned how to be good attack dogs. Is that what we really need leading the country?
 
So tell me, what the hell is good about Kerry? He' been my senator for 20 some years and I have yet to find it. Perhaps a more objective outsider can enlighten me.
 
Does he have any real solutions to real problems. Even his stint with the VVAW was an attack dog stance.

Let's see...if I'm in a relationship and I die, my partner has NO legal rights whatsoever. I don't think that's equality. Do you?
 
Also, ever heard of the Hate Crimes Legislation? Beating or killing someone because of sexual preference is not protected last time I checked. Bush doesn't support it. Sorry, that's important to me.
 
Also, pro-choice is a very important issue to me, and I want a candidate who is going to support that choice.

AND the question originally what's good about him. I stated what other things are important to me in a candidate. I don't focus just on ONE issue like you seem to be, there are many and so far my tendency is to side with Kerry on many issues that are important to me. Hence my reason for voting for him. I didn't insult Bush originally in this thread, I didn't need to. I just said my beliefs mirror Kerry more closely.

"Came back" is the operative phrase in that sentence. He came back because he went. You cannot say the same for Bush.
 
Kerry laid his life on the line and found out first-hand what a dirty war Vietnam was. Bush wouldn't.
 
I wonder who the soldier was who was sent to Vietnam and died in Bush's place?

Bush / Vietnam.....YES George drank beer and snorted Coke....So what....so did I....and he didn't dodge the war, he just wasn't on the front lines. 
 
He didn't dodge.  He went AWOL.  As far as the drugs and drink, YOU admit that...I admit that....GWB won't for starters.  GWB is the poorest excuse for a president we have EVER had.  This country has gone backwards instead of foreward in ALL areas since this moron siezed power.  He can't speak.....he admittedly does not read or concern himself with other peoples opinions.  He is f*cking scary.  He is so stupid.....he is scary.  Yes....he surrounded himself with people who are smarter than him.  That could be any five people HERE......but he is unfit to be the leader of the free world and i cannot wait til november when there will be "regime change" and we can have someone who is not interested in waging "jihad" in the White House.  Whatever happened to the separation of church and state?  < i wonder this as Bush is raiding the congregation lists of churches around the country.
