Ahnold was not allowed to vote when he got to his polling place on Wednesday. They told him that he already voted. He said that he hadn't. They told Ahnold that in a case like this, he must fill out a "provisional" ballot and it would be counted later, only IF they verified that their information about him already having voted was found to be incorrect.
AHNOLD REFUSED TO ABIDE BY THE LAW and demanded that he be allowed to cast his regular ballot. After some discussion, they let him vote.
(But if he had been black and in Florida, it would have been a different outcome! )
