Oh...and taking down Saddam has turned out only to MAYBE be good for the IRAQI's but i still don't know if that's clear yet.  Yes he was a brutal, scumbag dictator, but he didn't mess with anyone except his own people.  He was a very secular man and he HATED Muslim extremists who insist their women cover up and live a life of modesty.  Saddam liked his excesses, his sluts and kept anything he couldn't control, i.e. TERRORISTS  OUT of Iraq.  Now that he has been taken down, Al Qaeda and terrorists are pouring in!  Saddam would have crushed any insurgency among his people within hours.  Anyone who disagreed with him was destroyed.  Look what he did to the Kurds...he GASSED them, the miserable b*stard!!!  I am NOT defending him but in retrospect, WE and the rest of the middle east were SAFER and more stable with him in power.  It has now been proven TIME and TIME again that he had NOTHING to do with 9/11, Al Qaeda or terrorists.  Even the BUSH ADMINISTRATION acknowledges that now.  But yeah....now we are fighting terrorism in Iraq as Bush says every chance he gets...but what he DOESN'T say is that it's because our misguided actions in that country allowed the terrorists IN.
