How did they get those customers in there?  They surely had to sign waivers to allow themselves to be shown on tv.

I had that coversation with my husband the first time we watched it. We decided they HAD to sign waivers because the (hell's kitchen cook) has a reputation on the line and who will continue to eat there after the bad experiences they have had while the resturant is a contest?

What's a "DW"?

I liked Michael till this week. I hate the fact that he tried to submarine the other team, then nominated Chris in a "strategic" nomination. I didn't even like it that he didn't pitch in with the entrees (considering how few entrees went out, I doubt he was really breaking a sweat on dessert duty!). I was kind of hoping that Chef Ramsey was going to say that Michael had chosen in a way that was not best for the restaurant, and therefore, HE would be the one going home.

DW = Dear Wife

I agree with your comment on Michael.

I can't believe Ramsey allowed him to pick in the first place. Although as in anyother "REALITY" contest , Strategy is more important that ability. He may be a competent chef, but holy crap bat man, who needs or wants a poser to run a resturant? You could not pay me to eat there. I loved the episode where one of the patrons got so tired of waiting they ordered a PIZZA.....

I can buy that on a show like "SURVIVOR", but this show is about finding the BEST chef. I don't get what strategy has to do with that. I would think it would piss Chef Ramsey off! Everything else seems to!

I guess we will have to wait and see. I think that given the chance Chris was one of the 3 top chefs. Now that he is gone Michael has a MUCH better chance of winning....

I agree, but it's pretty clear that Ramsey doesn't think Chris was that great. And he has a point. If Elsie, who has ZERO experience, is doing almost as well as Chris who has a TON of experience, just think how much better she'll be than him after working in a professional kitchen for 6 months!
