I would think that, if he did cheat, the receipts would tell the tale? So she could have let the receipts speak for themselves.
I don't know HOW receipts would indicate whether he sewed the garments himself or had somebody else do it for him (assuming that he didn't pay or didn't turn in the receipt). If there is NO receipt for outside sewing services, it could mean EITHER of the following...
1. Jeffrey sewed all the garments himself. Because he did all the work himself, there would be no receipt. THIS WOULD NOT BE CHEATING.
2. He got somebody else to do a lot of his sewing, but he either didn't pay them for their services or didn't take the money from the $8,000 provided and didn't turn in a receipt... THIS WOULD BE CHEATING
Unfortunately, the "evidence" really doesn't show which scenario it is... |
