Thanks Dis,   Mine started off on a rather funny note.

Here I was sitting at my pc,  checking my email and scratching.
I noticed I was scratching a lot and looked at where I had been scratching.

Yep,  Red skin and white welts everywhere.
I had hives.     It was enough to drive me crazy!

For close to three hours I could not stop scratching myself.
I went to the store and got some benydril and some eucerin lotion.
Now I feel ok,  just a little sleepy.

But while it lasted,  I was so busy scratching everywhere!
I broke out laughing as I was telling Squeeky and my Dad.
My dad was laughing as well.    He was trying to appologise to me,  but I told him that it WAS funny!
Go ahead and laugh!!

Like I tell Squeeky a lot,  funny is funny.
If you feel like laughing then do it!
Laughter is better then almost anything else.

My dad and I were supposed to go to my Sister Karens house in Cottonwood Az.
Right close to Sedona Az.

But my sister has MS and has a lowered immune system and it was decided that I should stay home.      Not knowing the cause of my hives.      That was a good idea.
Besides,  who likes to spend 6 + hours in a vehicle with a grumpy old man who has middle stage "Old Man Itis!"      Especially when I would be scratching everywhere and generally being miserable.

So,  I stayed home,  watched a movie,  tried to sleep.
Then I went down to my dads house and made some phone calls to family and made sure my dad made it to Karens house.      Ate a tv dinner,  watched some more tv.
And then Squeeky and her sister Big Bird came by with ham, mashed potatos and home made rolls!    YUM!!!!

I have to go know,  my hands are cramping from all the sctartching and typing I am doing.

Happy Thanksgiving everybody!!

BTW,   Laugh!    It's funny!

Thanks Dis.  My Thanksgiving weekend was decent.  We had Thanksgiving at my house.  It went reasonably well.  No fighting.  The worse thing that happened is my mil complained about my cooking.  The funny thing is one of the things she insulted, her son made.  Well when she found that out you should've heard her backpeddling on what she said.  I found it quite amusing.

Anyway sorry you got hives Luke.  I know that had to be uncomfortable.

Haha, your MIL sounds pretty amusing Rid,lol!I can't beleive she would complain about (a recipe she thought you made) when she is at YOUR dinner table.Glad to hear everything else went smooth.
