Today is going ok, sunny outside here, snow on the ground. Have to run and pick up daughter for lunch, very quiet day today...but a welcomed quiet....so...how's your tuesday going?

Hey all!  How's it going today?  My day has been pretty good so far.  I have been rearranging my son's room so we can bring up his train/racetrack/whatever table.  I had to make it fit.
 
And while I was in there I went ahead and threw out some old toys that are broken.  My husband built this table.  It's pretty cool.  It has two flat panels that pull out so he can play on them.  One has a train scene for his train tracks.  One has a race car scene for his race track to go on.  And you can flip the race car scene over and on the bottom it has a car or town scene and he could play several things on.
 
My Mother-in-law painted the scenes.  Yes she drives me crazy but I have to admit, she's very talented.  She can do all sorts of crafty things.
 
My son had a good morning.  The teacher was pulling students to show what they know about numbers.  My son did his almost perfectly.  He made one tiny mistake because he got in a hurry to get done.  He earned 4 points for his team.  They were all excited and clapping for him.  It was a really good moment for him.  I'm glad I got to see it.

It's really nice to be able to share those moments.
 
 
For us here in the deserts of arizona,  we had a nice day.
The highs were around 80 F.   Slight breeze.      No clouds to speak of,   Bright blue sky.
Squeeky and I rented Wall-E from Disney.     This is such a cute movie!
Definately on our to buy list.    Just like Cars.    (Please lower the prices soon!!!)
 
I have been busy lately helping set up another orphaned Msn group.
The Star Trek Legacy msn group.     It has moved to a Paid forum like Pro Boards.
But this site allows photos to be uploaded from the home computer.   YAY!!!!
 
Most of my spare time has been finding great Trek sites and then downloading Trek images, symbology, and blueprints.

Well...at least I seem to be able to post today...yesterday was a msn nightmare. Hey that table your hubby made sounds like alot of fun for your son!Is your son good in math?He did great, good for him!
Luke your weather sounds heavenly! We got snow yesterday and it snowed overnight here too.

Hey all.  I hope you are having a great week.  I haven't been able to get on because hubby and the kids are off this week and I haven't been able to get online.
 
I am going to start cooking a few things tonight in preparation for Thanksgiving.  Hubby is helping so that will be less stress for me.  He likes to cook.
 
Well have a good one.  I hope I can get a chance to come back on this week but I don't know...sigh..

Hey Rid and all the AAA's, its been a difficult couple of months but my doctor has put me on some different meds and I'm feeling a lot better this week.

Thanks Bro.  I appreciate that.  I have missed your unique sense of humor too.  There was a time when I thought we share the same one, they were so similar, lol.
 
Nothing more interesting than housework going on today here for me.  I need to do laundry in the worst way.  The kids will be running around naked soon.  My son would love that... my daughter not so much, lol.

It's been raining off and on all day around here.

I couldn't imagine going that long without rain or any kind of moisture in the air. Well this week is still a bit hectic, alot of after holiday stuff to put away and everything else that goes with it. How is your week going? Hope it's all going well for everyone.
