I ordered the new camera,  a Nikon D-80,  from a place called DSN ( Digital Shopping Network ).
Do not ever buy from this company!!!!
 
They never heard of me.    Never had a record of the transaction.
At least the credit card wasn't billed.
 
 
So I re-ordered the camera from a real camera store.     It cost about $400.00 more,  but it should be here by next Monday.
 
So much for E-Bay!

Ebay is great.....but you do have to be careful about who you deal with......ALWAYS......check the sellers feedback before bidding on something....anyone with less than 99.2% feedback should be held with suspicion.......also..........make sure they havent just done a few transactions........and that their good name is worth protecting........because people that have a serious business on there will do the right thing .because bad feedback leads to business failure...also always pay with Paypal.....if they dont take Paypal.......walk away.....its your best protection from being burnt.....follow some simple rules and ebay(the World Market) is at your finger tips.

Good Lord, you are lucky it didn't turn out worse than it did!, I don't deal with e-bay very often, but Z's advice is good advice.
