He told the boss that it was because he was getting tired of the driving....which I can see since we drive about 8 hours a day.....but I figure, it because there have been a lot of changes in the way we deliver the RX's....First it was, sign a receipt, that wasn't good enough - now you have to sign a log.....Now, when we have to change shifts with someone, we don't just call one of the other persons you work with to ask, you have to use their computer and change it on the computer.....It all has to do with payroll, that way they don't have to have a payroll clerk anymore......All our hours go to head office....(I can see a lot more people quitting over this)......They make you feel like your stealing from them....crazy
