The house I rented before we bought our house was really old.  It was drafty and dark in the rooms that had paneling.    And there was one room in the house which always felt cold to me and gave me the heebie jeebies.

Now I can't really say I am a believer in ghosts, but I believe anything is possible.  I never thought that the house was haunted but that room did bother me and I never knew why.  It was the kids playroom but they never wanted to play in it unless I was with them.

Well I got a call a couple of days ago.  My cousin knows the people who are renting that house now.  They wanted her to call me and ask me if the house was haunted or if I knew if anyone died in the house.

I told them I never thought the house was haunted but that one room had always bothered me.  They asked which room.  I told them and they started to freak out.  Apparently I am not the only one who gets the heebie jeebies from that room.  They are convinced that my old house is haunted and that the spirit stays in that room.  It happens to be their guest room but no one is able to sleep there.

I am not sure what to think of it.  Was there something really off about the room or was it just cold because it was extra drafty?  Did the kids not want to play in the room because it was on the far end of the house away from everyone or did they sense something?  Who knows, lol.  My husband about busted a gut laughing at their idea.  He doesn't believe in ghosts period.  Anyway I thought you guys might find it funny that I lived in a haunted house and never knew it.   LOL
