| Hey Happy Friday Everyone! Jeez Rid, I've got alot of my online shopping done and I am putting our main floor tree up this weekend too. I already put one tree up in the basement(the kids hangout)last weekend. I'm a little late this year with putting up the main floor tree. I spent an hour on the phone this morning trying to get some help with one of our cell phone companies.Is it me or have you ever noticed that when you telephone a company for help the telephone personal cannot speak proper English?I use to work for the Canadian Liver Foundation as a fund-raiser on the telephone and I do know a little about telephone etiquette.It really can be nerve racking to try and explain what services you need when the person on the other end of the phone can't understand what you need and you can't understand what that person is saying,hahahaha!!! It was a comedy of errors.lol! Anywho.....I'm still doing my TGIF dance! Are you all doing yours? |
