I am so so frustrated with my job right. The owner trusts me enough to leave town for 3 or 4 days and run the whole restaurant. But she doesn't feel that I can run a Friday night shift. She doesn't feel that I am fast enough at saucing and cheesing pizza's. GEE, how hard is it to do?? NOT VERY!!!! I am one of the fastest people she has working for her. The other thing that pisses me off is that I MUST make sure that the other staff members have enough extra prep done for them. I need to prep extra for the days I am off so that they can get out early. But NOBODY WILL PREP EXTRA FOR ME. Especially after a busy weekend. I work the whole restaurant on Mondays by myself. When I come in on Monday morning there is NO extra stuff done for me. IT JUST REALLY PISSES ME OFF.

Sorry to hear about your work troubles. It just doesn't seem like your boss is being fair to you at all. And the the whole prep thing, boy do I know what you are talking about. I had the same problem when I worked at McDonalds in college. I would prep stuff and stock stuff whenever I left. No exceptions. And nobody ever did it for me. It really sucked. I hope it gets better for you soon.
