Sure, I would look after the dog for him, poor guy. It takes me all my strength to hold onto my own dog and he's a geman shepard.I would probably get my son or hubby to walk the dog though.

I would take care of  the dog for him...  Its bad enough he had to fall and break his hip...  He should have peace of mind knowing his dog is being taken care of while recovering in the hospital....

I would take care of the dog.  It just wouldn't seem right to put it in a kennel.
