Well,..we have been together so long we are starting to resemble one another. I can't imagine hubby ever forgetting my birthday since he never has. I can't imagine I would either. If it did happen , yes I would be hurt but I wouldn't plan any kind of 'payback'. That wouldn't accomplish too much, besides,..if he really did forget my birthday he could make up for it the next day or something, no big deal. I'd be more concerned about his memory loss.....after I knocked him up side the head with a cast iron frying pan.

LOL  I'm not married, but it did happen where everyone just seemed to forget what day it was for me once...  Although its no big deal, you still feel kinda crappy....  But i didn't say anything...  I just convinced myself,if nobody knows than it doesn't happen!!!  And you stay the same age for another year!!!  Works for me!!!  I think if i was married though, I would probably be giving him the silent treatment...  Or call a friend who always remembers and thank them for remebering in front of him...

I too would be hurt about forgetting my birthday.  But there is no way I could plot revenge on the person.   When ask what is wrong I would tell them.  they will feel just as bad.

I wouldn't plot revenge either.  I would wait until he realized and he would... and then he would feel bad and make up for it.  Of course he never has completely forgotten my birthday.  He has forgotten to wish me a happy birthday before he left for work a few times.  But by the middle of the day I get a call... ooops forgot to wish you happy birthday this morning...  LOL  And then I end up getting  a present and flowers... works for me.
