Your at a Doctors appointment for a regular check-up. You tell your Dr something about your private life and never think about it.
She asks you to come back in three days for bloodwork, so you do.
While waiting in the waiting room, you notice that all the staff seems to be looking at you strangely. You put it off to the nice outfit you are wearing.
As you are led to the treatment room with the nurse, you definately notice that you are the center of attention, people quickly talking to another worker behind their hand and so on. You are worried. You think the Dr. might have found something wrong, and the blood work will show some horrible disease.
As the tech is taking your blood, you ask her what is wrong... She gets all embarassed and changes the subject. You persist and ask again.
And she says in a condescending tone, "Don't worry so much sweetie, your husband will know what to do." And you suddenly realize that your seemingly innocent talk with your Dr. has now made the gossip of the office.
What do you do?
