Potato and Apple Fries
 
Metric Ingredient Imperial 
40 ml butter 3 tbsp 
1.4 kg leftover cooked potatoes, cut into wedges 3 lb 
225 g cooked ham, chopped 1/2 lb 
2 granny smith apple, sliced 2 
- seasoning salt - 
 
In a nonstick skillet; melt butter over medium-high heat. 
Add potatoes, ham and apples. Season with seasoning salt. 
 Stir, turning potatoes and apple slices, occasionally. 
Cook 20 minutes. 
Serves 4
