Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies
3/4 cup sugar
1 cup shortening
2 eggs
1 teaspoon soda
4 Tablespoons cold water
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 small pkg. chocolate chips
2 1/2 cup flour
3/4 cup brown sugar
Pinch salt
Cream shortening and sugars until smooth. Add eggs and beat until smooth. Add remaining ingredients. Stir in chocolate chips. Bake in 350 degree oven for approximately 10 minutes.
