Chocolate Christmas Acorns
Ingredients:
1 c Butter
2/3 c Sugar
3 Egg yolks
1 t Almond extract
2 1/2 c Flour
5 Squares Chocolate -- melted
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar, stir in egg yolks and
almond extract. Add flour, stir until blended.
Pinch off small balls of dough, roll into acorn shape.
Place on greased cookie sheet, bake at 375 for
about 10 minutes. Cool and then dip cookies in
melted chocolate. Place on waxed paper to harden.
Makes about 60 cookies.
