Triple Chocolate Chunk Cookies
 
2 Cups All-Purpose Flour
1 Cup (2 STICKS) Butter, Softened
3/4 Cup Granulated  Sugar
1/2 Cup Firmly packed  Brown Sugar
1/4 Cup Unsweetened  COCOA Powder
2 Tspns BAKING  Powder
2 LARGE Eggs
2 TBLESPNS Milk
1 Tspns VANILLA Extract
1 Cup WHITE CHOCOLATE Chips
1 Cup SEMISWEET CHOCOLATE Chips
1 Cup COARSELY CHOPPED Pecans
 
Preheat oven to  375 DEGREES.
 
Combine Flour, Butter, GRANULATED Sugar, Brown Sugar, Unsweetened COCOA Powder AND Baking  Powder in large mixer bowl   Beat with an electric mixer  on low speed, scraping sides of bowl often , Until mixture resembles  moist crumbs. add eggs ,milk,+ vanilla  ; Beat until smooth scraping sides of bowl.
 
Stir in chocolate chips and pecans
drop the dough by large rounded tbsps ,3 inches apart ,onto ungreased baking sheets
 
 Bake until cookies are firm when touched  10 -12 MINS. remove from baking sheets and cool on wire racks 
MAKES 3 DOZEN LARGE COOKIES
 
HELPFUL HINTS
 
FOR Easy clean up, cookiescan be baked on parchment paper lined  baking sheets. You can even  SLIDE the cookies on baking sheets onto the counter to cool rather then on wire racks
