Apple Cheesecake
 Prep Time: 15 minutes
Baking Time: 25 minutes
Servings:8         Ingredients
1 READY CRUST® Graham Cracker Pie Crust (6 oz.)
Filling:
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened ;
1/2 cup sugar ;1 Tbsp. lemon juice ;
1/2 tsp. vanilla ;dash of salt ;2 eggs ;
Topping:
1 can (21 oz.) apple filling, chilled
2 Tbsp. toasted chopped pecans (see directions)
Directions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. In a bowl combine
 cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice, vanilla, and salt.
Mix until well blended. Add eggs, one at a time,
mixing after each addition.Place crust on baking sheet;
pour in filling. Bake for 25 mins,or inserted knife
comes out clean. Topping:
 spread out apple pie filling evenly on top
of cooked cheesecake. Garnish with toasted pecans.
Helpful Hint:
Toasted Pecans: Spread out pecans evenly on a baking sheet.
 Place into a 375 degrees F oven for 3-5 minutes or
until pecans are well toasted.
