Inside Out Cake
1 Box yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1 C. Oil (I used canola oil)
1 C. water
1 can pecan coconut frosting
1/2 C. chopped pecans
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Beat cake mix, eggs, water & oil for 2 minutes.
Add pecan coconut frosting and chopped pecans
and mix well.
Bake in bundt pan (You can use a 9x13 pan).
Bake 45-50 minutes or until toothpick inserted in
middle comes out clean. Remove from pan while still hot.
A very moist cake and does not need any frosting.
Can use German Chocolate cake mix for a very moist chocolate cake.
BUT didn't have the frosting..so called Betty Crocker...
(General Mills) and they say pecan frosting
IS NOT a Canadian available item!

CanadianShe_Wolf ' Rainbow Cake.

Take
one Betty Crocker super moist Rainbow Bit cake mix
add:
3 eggs,
1/3 cup oil,
2 tablespoons water ,
"1 can Mandarin Orange" segments/284ml
( added about 2 tablespoons water,seemed thick
after the oranges were added ,so thought it needed
a tad more liquid!)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Beat cake mix, eggs, water & oil for 2 minutes.
Pour it all into a bundt pan and cook 45-50 minutes
or until toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean.
Remove from pan while still hot.
