to make a more substantial meal
add :
 1 spoonful of lime marmalade ,
chopped parsley +
1 cup peas ;
1/2 onion - diced;
and any leftover beans and
red hot chilli from previous recipe . cook well  .
then serve on attractive plate ... and that too
makes you feel better. !

P.S. I use fresh silverbeet and spinach ;I do not use Frozen Spinach or Silverbeet .
 and
I use 'Watties 'Baked Beans [plain can] 440 g. not Heinz or any other brand .
I use 'Maggi' soup mix .
Fresh parsley or dried if you have not any.
'Master Foods' Freshly Grated Ginger -160 g.
and 'Selections 'Crushed Chilli -180 g. if I cannot get 'Master Foods '
and mostly fresh produce if I can get it ..
otherwise it is frozen by me for later.
