Our Annies  Soup. with Chilli and Beans  [Saltless]
 1 -tin baked beans 440 g. .
2 tsps crushed red chillies  .
4  slices salami diced; 
silverbeet + spinach - large bunch diced; 
2-potatoes- large  diced; 
1 tsp ginger crushed;
leftover carrot;
 Cook all together in large pot .stirring well + 
making sure it does not stick  
Add water if too thick, when really cooked well  and 
thickness is to your liking , let it settle and then serve. 
watch out for red chilli heat . and have a hot drink handy .
