Smoked Mackerel and Avocado Pate 
Ingredients 
1 tbsp Organic Crème Fraîche 
1 Smoked Mackerel Fillet 
1 Small Avocado (Ripe) 
1 Lemon 
Salt and Pepper to season 
 Directions 
In a bowl mash up the ripe avocado, 
 squeeze half the lemon over the mixture 
 to stop it discolouring. 
Remove the skin from the Smoked Mackerel fillet, 
and flake the fish into the mixture. 
Add the Crème Fraîche and season with salt and pepper, 
 before combining the mixture to an even consistency.
