1lb French Beans
3 tbsps Butter
1 Small Onion Sliced
Salt & Ground Pepper.
Choose tender young French Beans & plunge into boiling salted water for 10 mins.Drain.
Heat the butter in large pan and cook onion till it becomes limp but does not brown.
Add beans,season and cook [without allowing to brown ]till they color lightly .
Serve in warmed dish .
