Rib Steak
1 dstp Olive Oil
freshly Ground Black Pepper
Sauce Bearnaise
Trim off fat ,from steak.Tenderise it with meat tenderiser.Cover with olive oil,rubbing in with hands.Sprinkle with pepper & cook under very hot grill for 6 mins.3mins on each side.
Serve with Sauce Bearnaise and Saute potatoes.
