Any fruit skins except for citrus , are great for putting in a bucket with a lid , and make into a quick mulching compost for the spring . . this is the quickest way to make a mulch in winter months ready for spring. also keep in the warmest area possible plus cover with black polythene as well to keep the heat in . each day add your fruit skins and cover . |
