yes and no . Painkillers set off the NO. after my asthma.

then I got worse with pain ,so was in A+E on monday morn. so got that sorted . and now I am still NO good . tests revealed something else.

= MORE TESTS  to follow. and

my pantry is bare .and

we have a 5 day holiday to get thru .
