Wanted to make this.....

Inside Out Cake

1 Box yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1 C. Oil (I used canola oil)
1 C. water
1 can pecan coconut frosting
1/2 C. chopped pecans
Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Beat cake mix, eggs, water & oil for 2 minutes. Add pecan coconut frosting and chopped pecans and mix well.

Bake in bundt pan (You can use a 9x13 pan).

Bake 45-50 minutes or until toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean. Remove from pan while still hot.

A very moist cake and does not need any frosting. Can use German Chocolate cake mix for a very moist chocolate cake.

BUT didn't have the frosting..so called Betty Crocker...(General Mills) and they say pecan frosting IS NOT a Canadian available item!

Pee'd me off so I made up my own recipe!!!!

Took one Betty Crocker super moist Rainbow Bit cake mix.........

added: 3 eggs, 1/3 cup oil, 2 tablespoons water ,

"1 can Mandarin Orange" segments/284ml

( added about 2 tablespoons water, seemed thick after the oranges were added ,so thought it needed a tad more liquid!)

Poured it all into a bundt pan and it is cooking as I type!

I'll show them!

It smells sooooooooooooo good!

Now I am off to make a tray of Brownies and maybe even a rice pudding!

Brownies are  now "waiting" their turn on the oven rack! Added toffee bits & walnuts to them too!

Brownies are finally done and the cake IS delish! I know! I ate 3 pieces!

Now to the rice pudding!!!!!!!!!.....(right after I get dh his hotdog rolled up in bread,'cauz I dun't have hotdog buns!)

[btw......just call me thunder thighs after today!]

"the recipes "gave me an excuse to create more cakes on the "cakes & loaves" page
and add your squash "casserole" to that page too .
you may find a sprinkling of the recipes you add in the pages on the board .   thank you . A.
So glad to have you back .
