being corn certainly is not potatoes !
thanks for that one Linda .My spudded chips would not be ok
in one of my altered recipes so I 'll use jalapeno chips or similar.
have you ever used potato chips in a casserole ?
saves adding salt .!

I've only used potato chips in tuna casserole and love it that way...never thought about using chips in other casseroles - I will give it a try next time!
