Homemade Irish Cream Liquer
1 3/4 c. liquor (Irish whiskey,
brandy, rum, bourbon, scotch or rye)
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed
milk
1 c. whipping cream
4 eggs
2 tbsp. chocolate flavored syrup
2 tsp. instant coffee
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. almond extract
In blender combine all ingredients until smooth.
Store in a tight container in refrigerator.
This is a fun drink to make and give as a gift.
