Rhubarb & Pineapple Jam:
3lbs sugar- 1 large tin pineapple [drained & juice reserved] 4 lb.rhubarb.
Cut up rhubarb and pineapple,add sugar.
Leave overnight.Next day boil till it sets when tested - then add pineapple juice and stir well .
Bottle in usual way. Note: lovely pink color.
