Strawberry Jam:[sucaryl] recipe to make small batches of jam. 1& 1/2 tsp. gelatine-1& 1/2tbsp cold water. 3 cups strawberries. Soften the gelatine in the cold water.then add to fruit and heat slowly in a saucepan. [fruit is more likely to stay whole this way]. stirring carefully all the time till it comes to boiling point.Remove from heat and add Sucaryl to taste.Mix well.Pour into heated jars & seal well. note: 3 cups of fruit = 2 cups of jam.
