Three Fruit Jelly:
2 lbs. black currants 2 lbs. red currants
1 lb. raspberries.
Put into pan with enough water to cover,
Bring to boil slowly,simmer gently till cooked thru.
Put in jelly bag,leave to drip overnight.Next day ,
put cup for cup of sugar[ 1lb. sugar to each pint of juice ].
Bring quickly to boil,when sugar is dissolved ,and
boil slow for 15 mins. or until set.[NOTE: RESERVE FRUIT IN BAG]
