Tomato Jam:
1.5 kg.Tomatoes. 100g Glace Pineapple.
1 Green Apple . 1tbsp Grated Lemon Rind.
1/2 cup Lemon Juice . 3& 1/2 cups Sugar.
Peel & coarsely chop tomatoes,Coarsely chop pineapple,
Peel,core & grate apple.
Combine tomatoes,pineapple,apple & rind in a pan.
Bring to boil,simmer,uncovered 20 mins-until
fruit is pulped.Stir in juice.Add warm sugar,
stir till dissolved,boil rapidly,uncovered 45 mins
till setting point is reached.Remove jam from heat,let stand 5 mins. Pour into warm jars,seal immediately.when cool- label & date
