Tomato & Pineapple Jam::[2]
6lbs Tomatoes to 1 Pineapple;4 & 1/2 lb Sugar ;
1 level tsp. Citric Acid.;
Scald and peel tomatoes,cut and remove hard piece
near stalk.Cut up pineapple into diced pieces.
Boil together with 1 lb. sugar for 20 mins.
Heat 3 & 1/2 lb. sugar in oven ,add to boiling jam
and boil further 3/4 hr..Few mins before taking jam off ,
add citric acid.
