Green Grape Jam:
2lbs. Green Grapes.
1 Teacup Water. 1 & 3/4 lb. Sugar
Put grapes and water in pan,press & cook till soft.
Then add sugar and boil tilll it will set.
Strain thru strainer to remove skins and
seeds and add 1/4 tsp. citric acid.
FOR A CONSERVE LEAVE HALF THE
SKINS IN JAM AND PUREE THE OTHER
HALF WHICH WILL THICKEN IT.
