Melon & Passionfruit Jam:
Cut up 6lb..PIE MELON
Put into basin with 1lb.Sugar then take the pulp
of 4 dozen Passionfruit and tie in a piece of Muslin.
Put all in preserving pan with another 5lb. sugar
and boil 2&1/2 hrs to 3hrs.
Test for setting and bottle.-
