Passionfruit  Jam:
Wash passionfruit well. Cut in halves, 
scoop out pulp.Put skins in pan and boil in water 
 for about 1/2 hr.or until tender.
Then scoop out soft part ,leaving the skins like
thin paper and discard.Add pulp to seed pulp.
To each cup of fruit pulp add 3/4 cup warmed 
sugar.Boil till it sets- about 1 & 1/2 hrs. 
 
Note:This may be added to melon jam.
