1lb. cranberries to
1lb.sugar
Enough water to cover pan
Boil quickly till fruit is soft and sugar is dissolved
.Cool and test for setting .
when setting starts bottle when cool.

Cranberry Jelly
 
Put 4lb. cranberies in pan with 1 quart of water.
when tender ,strain off juice.
Measure and put back in pan.
For each pint of juice allow 12oz. to 1lb.
of warmed sugar.
Stir and skim till sugar is dissolved .
Simmer -
not boil hard -
and bottle as soon as it starts to set .
Note :this jelly sets fast
