Sweet'n Sour Pineapple Patties.
TAKE
500 gms LEAN mince -. stir fry until meat is no longer pink -.remove
then add
1/2 can KANTON Sweet'n Sour Sauce .
mix well .let it sit .while preparing the bread mixture.
IN  large bowl  ADD
crumbled breadcrumbs . [about 3 cups. ]
COARSE salt and BLACK pepper,
1/2 c. crushed.pineapple[450gms]drained.
1tsp.parsley [dried or fresh ].
1tsp chopped mint
*1/2 tsp crushed chilli.[Selections jar]
1/2 tsp of crushed chilli = 1 whole chilli
do not touch skin when mixing .
Then mix well , adding all dry ingredients and add all
the meaty mixture last . combine and stir  well .
Using a dstpoon- Spoon the meat mixture with
some dredged flour over each one as you form them .
laying in olive oiled baking pan  .
*this mixture is wet enough without adding an egg .
once the meatballs are added into pan pour some
weakened Sweet'n Sour sauce over them ,
bake in moderate oven 380 oF
turning once .until nearly done -turn down oven to 300
and cook till finished .
note :
*Serve with wedged potatoes, sliced tomatoes and whole beetroot
and green salad ..
*Any leftover meatballs can be frozen .
I got 18 meatballs out of this  and they were beautiful and tasty .
* wash hands with lemon juice. to remove chilli
