Meatpatties With Grape Jelly     1 1/2 lbs. ground beef 1/2 c. onion, finely chopped 1/2 c. Corn Flakes, crushed 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. garlic powder 1/8 tsp. pepper 2 eggs, slightly beaten  SAUCE: 1/2 c. grape jelly 2 tbsp. lemon juice 1 (12 oz.) bottle (1 1/2 c.) chili sauce   Heat oven to 375°F. Mix meatball mixture, shape  into patties. Place on ungreased 15 x 10 x 1  inch baking pan. Bake 25 to 30 minutes until  browned and done.  In large saucepan combine sauce ingredients.  Bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat,  simmer 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.  Add meatpatties to the sauce. Stir to coat.  Cook over medium heat about 5 minutes or  until thoroughly heated, stirring occasionally.  For a party keep warm in a slow cooker.   |
