In a large saucepan bring 1L of water or stock to the boil. Add 6 tbsp Gregg's Laksa Paste and 500ml coconut milk and simmer. Add 500g chicken, fish or seafood and cook through. Serve over drained noodles and top with bean sprouts and fresh limes.
