Mark’s Spicy Chicken Stir Fry
½ Onion
¾ Red Pepper
3 Cloves Garlic
1½ Chicken Breasts
½ tsp Ginger
3 Spring Onions
1 Small Red Chilli
1 tblsp Vegetable Oil
½ tblsp Sesame Oil
2 Portions of Noodles
2 tblsp Soy Sauce
Makes 2 portions at approx 550 calories each.
Heat the oils in a wok or large frying pan.
Add the Chopped chicken and seal.
Add the chopped Garlic, Chilli and Ginger and mix in with the chicken.
Add the chopped onion and pepper and stir fry for a couple of minutes.
While the meal is cooking, cook the noodles as directed on the packet.
Once the noodles are cooked, add to the stir fry and add the soy sauce.
Toss the noodles and other ingredients together and serve immediately. Scrummy
