Australian Slimmers Salad.
Put all ingredients into large bowl..
2 c. halved ,seedless grapes- green and red. juice of 1/2 lemon .
1 c. orange juice.  2 c. halved and peeled  oranges, 1 c.tinned mandarins.
3 quartered  peaches and pears. 1 ripe melon. [peeled, and diced].
Mix lightly until all fruits are covered in juices, cover and leave until
ready to serve.
A light chicken meal is a great compliment to this salad.

Red Potato Salad
Ingredients:
          3     lb  Red Potatoes, in 1" cubes
        1/4    cup  White Wine Vinegar
        1/4    cup  Virgin Olive Oil
        1/2    tsp  Salt
        1/4    tsp  Ground Black Pepper
        1/2    cup  Finely Diced Red Onion
        1/2    cup  Finely Diced Celery
        1/2    cup  Pickle Relish
          1    cup  Mayonnaise
          3    tbl  Dijon Mustard
          4      x  Hard Boiled Eggs, chopped
        1/2    cup  Chopped Italian Parsley

Method:
In a 4-quart saucepan, cooked cubed potatoes covered
 with water until fork-tender (about 15 minutes).
Drain potatoes and place in a large mixing bowl.
Sprinkle still-hot potatoes with vinegar, olive oil, salt,
and pepper. Add remaining ingredients and adjust seasoning.
 Refrigerate one hour before serving.
