New Zealand's Coast by Hayzee_GirlIt is suddenly quiet. I'm all alone. My footsteps, my voice, on the gravel and stone. The wind in my face. The roar, of the sea. Become apparent, When I step out of me. The tussock is blowing. Gold threads- in the sand. I put my heart down, to be with the land. The silence is broken. The voice, is the water. I know I'm not - just my parent's daughter. The wind has grown colder. It howls, down the coast. I look behind me. We've got reason to boast. |
